Privacy Policy

PawMart (爪爪便利店, “the App”) is a game for Apple Vision Pro developed by Sun Shuaiqi (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the App uses and how it is handled.

In short: we do not collect any data. The App has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, no third-party SDKs and no in-app purchases, and it does not connect to any server of ours. Your progress is saved on your device; if you choose to use Game Center, Apple also keeps a copy for you under Apple’s own terms.

Information processed on your device

  • Hand tracking — with your permission, visionOS gives the App the position of your hands so you can pick up items, scan, work the till and count change. Hand data is processed on-device, in real time, for gameplay only. It is not recorded, stored or sent anywhere.
  • Device position — the App reads where your Apple Vision Pro is (your head’s position) so that, for example, the clerk can take a bite of lunch. This is processed on-device only and is not stored or sent anywhere.
  • Microphone and talking to the animals — with your permission, the App can hear you so you can simply talk to the animals in the shop. There are no buttons: the microphone is on only while an animal is within earshot (about 5 m) and off when none is, and on-device voice detection means only speech is transcribed. Your speech is turned into text by Apple’s on-device speech recognition; the animal’s answer is written by Apple’s on-device language model (Apple Intelligence’s on-device model; never a server, Private Cloud Compute or a third-party AI). Audio and text stay on your Apple Vision Pro, are used only for that moment of conversation, and are not recorded, stored or sent anywhere. To turn it off, deny or remove the App’s microphone permission in Settings; the rest of the game works the same.
  • Game progress — your shop (money, stock, shelves, the town, each day’s results and settings) is saved automatically in the App’s private storage on your device. It never leaves your device except through Game Center, described below, if you use it.

The App does not use the camera, location, contacts, photos or any room scans, and it uses the microphone while animals are nearby inside the active shop, as described above.

Apple services you may choose to use

  • Game Center saved games (iCloud) — if you are signed in to Game Center and iCloud Drive is on, the App also saves a copy of your progress to your own iCloud through Game Center’s saved-games feature, so your shop can follow you to another Apple Vision Pro. That copy is stored by Apple in your iCloud account and handled under Apple’s privacy policy and terms; we cannot see or access it.
  • Game Center leaderboards and achievements — if you are signed in, the App reports scores (such as total profit, best day, days run and customers served) and achievement progress to Game Center. Depending on your Game Center settings, other players may see your nickname and scores. This is handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy and terms.

Signing in to Game Center is optional. The App works fully without it, and everything then stays on your device. You can manage Game Center and iCloud in the Settings app on your device.

What we do not do

  • We do not collect, store, share or sell any personal information.
  • We do not run accounts, analytics, crash-reporting services or servers for the App.
  • We do not show ads or include any advertising, analytics or other third-party SDKs.
  • We do not track you across apps or websites.
  • The App has no in-app purchases and asks for no payment information.

Deleting your data

Deleting the App removes its saved progress from your device. A copy saved through Game Center lives in your iCloud account and is managed through Apple’s iCloud storage settings.

Children

PawMart is a friendly game suitable for all ages. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. Game Center and iCloud are Apple services, and Apple’s rules for children’s accounts apply to them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the App gains new features. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects how your information is handled, we will update this page before the change reaches the App.
